[/imageframe]If it passes through LeanWerks, it crosses Sean’s desk. As Production Control and Account Manager, Sean’s signature is on every order and every part; his eye is on every schedule; and, his hand is in every delivery.
Fortunately, Sean’s industry experience spans multiple roles — Account Manager, Outsides Sales Rep, Inside Sales Rep, CNC Machinist, and CNC Programmer. And with experience as an Integrated Manufacturing Buyer, he knows what it’s like to be a customer too.
That’s why Sean is so focused — some would say ‘obsessed’ — with streamlining and simplifying the logistics and production processes. He helped implement the LeanWerks ‘supermarket, which streamlines inventory control (and reduces costs) for our largest customers.

He also implemented the Visual Scheduling System at LeanWerks. This is a cornerstone of lean thinking that gives everyone in the shop a quick visual reference of every part at every stage of production for the next four shifts.
